The problem

Five tools. Five different numbers.

Sales lives in a CRM, stock in a spreadsheet, invoices in an accounting app. Every month-end someone reconciles them by hand, and the answer is still a guess.

  • Post once. A delivery note moves stock and books the cost in the same transaction.
  • One answer per question. Revenue, stock and receivables read from the same ledger.
  • Close in days, not weeks. Nothing to re-key, nothing to tie out.

The order commits stock

Brightline accepts. The sales order checks their credit limit and reserves forty desks, so nobody else can promise them. No money has moved, so the ledger stays untouched.

Northwind trades in dollars, euros and rupees. Each entity keeps its own books; the group view translates and eliminates on the fly. Toggle a company or change the presentation currency.

  • Intercompany, eliminated. Sales between group companies drop out of the consolidated view.

Implementation

From kickoff to your first close.

Techyst runs the implementation and the migration with you, then stays on for support. Pricing isn't per seat, so the rollout can reach everyone who needs it.

Week 1

Discover

Companies, chart of accounts, taxes, warehouses and roles, agreed on paper first.

Weeks 2–3

Migrate

Items, customers, suppliers, open orders and opening balances, loaded into a dry run.

Week 4

Run in parallel

Both systems side by side until the trial balances match to the cent.

Week 5

Go live

Cut over on a quiet weekend. First invoices go out on Monday.

Month end

First close

We close the first period with you. Then it's updates, backups and support.

Illustrative timeline for a single-company distributor. Yours depends on scope and history.

The difference

Spreadsheets and bolt-ons
versus one ledger.

Stitched-together tools look cheap at the start. The cost shows up every month-end, at the 40th user, and on the day the auditor asks for a trail.

Read, write, submit and cancel rights per role and document type, down to individual fields and user-level restrictions.

Version history on everything

Every change to every document is recorded with who, what and when. Submitted documents are cancelled and amended, never silently edited.

Period closing

Freeze accounts up to a date, close fiscal years with a closing voucher, and keep auditors' figures exactly where they were.

Backups you can restore

Nightly database and file backups, verified by test restores, not just by counting files.

Export whenever you need

Every report and list exports to Excel, CSV or PDF, and the full dataset is available through the API, with permissions applied.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

If your question isn't here, write to us. Someone who implements Nexyst every day will answer.

How long does implementation take?

A single-company distributor typically goes live in about five weeks. Groups with manufacturing or several entities take longer. We scope it with you in the first week and agree the go-live date before any data moves.

Does it really include HR and payroll?

Yes. HR and payroll are part of Nexyst and post into the same ledger as everything else. Employees, attendance, leave, expense claims, salary structures and payroll entries are all there, and each payroll run lands in the books without a manual journal.

Can we move from QuickBooks, Tally, Excel or another ERP?

Yes. We map your chart of accounts, import items, customers, suppliers and open documents, and load opening balances. Then we run a dry migration and reconcile the trial balance with you before anyone switches over.

How does pricing work if it isn't per user?

Pricing isn't per user, so adding a warehouse team or a second company doesn't change the bill. Ask us for a quote.

How do multi-company and multi-currency work?

Each company keeps its own chart of accounts, currency and fiscal year inside one Nexyst. Transactions can be in any currency, exchange gains and losses are revalued, and consolidated statements translate every company at report time.

Can we customise it without breaking upgrades?

Custom fields, new document types, workflows, print formats and scripted rules are kept separate from the core, and every update is tested against your customisations before it reaches you.

Is there an API, and does it connect to our other tools?

Yes. Every document type is available through a REST API and webhooks, with the same permissions as the interface. Ready connectors cover payment providers, bank feeds and storefronts such as Shopify and WooCommerce.

Who looks after backups and updates?

Techyst does. Backups run nightly and are verified by actually restoring them, and updates are scheduled so they never land in the middle of your close.

Stop reconciling systems. Start running the business.

Open Nexyst, raise your first sales order, and watch it reach the ledger without a single re-typed number.
